Travis Willard is working to develop a world that provides fair and equitable access for all students to help them achieve their paths to success.
As the first Chief Product Officer at Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU), Travis is leading the university strategy towards competency-based learning pathways and setting the strategy for innovation. Travis also sits on the board of Early Bird Education helping to empower educators, parents and pediatricians to guide every PreK-2 child along their literacy learning path.
Prior to SNHU, Travis was the Vice President for Digital Product and Strategy at Kaplan North America where he led product management, user experience, product data analytics and process improvement teams.
Travis was the Vice President of Product Management for PowerSchool, where he led the vision and strategy around creating Unified Classroom – a best-in-class platform which includes student registration and school choice, student information systems, learning management and classroom collaboration, assessment, analytics, and special education.
Travis was also the Chief Technology Officer for the Georgia Department of Education, where he launched the statewide student information system and the learning resources of GeorgiaStandards.org.
Travis holds a BA and MBA from the Stetson-Hatcher School of Business from Mercer University.
