A 12-year high school teacher, Rebecca joined a learning management startup in 2008 where she worked in implementation, customer success, pre-sales and product management. After 5 years she took a more technical role at Expedia Group. In a couple of years she found a gap that was not being filled, specifically in the education/up-skilling of engineers. As the learning architect for technical training at Expedia Group, Rebecca is pushing the boundaries when it comes to how we think about educating the technical workforce. Between creating the Instructor Academy to introducing the company to skills frameworks, Rebecca is passionate about her work and the future of technical training at Expedia Group.
