Rebecca Rahschulte Ph.D. is the Vice President of K-14 Initiatives and Statewide Partnerships at Ivy Tech Community College. Dr. Rahschulte has served in various leadership roles within higher education over the past 18 years to include Psychology Professor; Program Chair; Dean of Arts Sciences & Education; Campus Director of Operations; and Interim Campus Chancellor. In service to K-12 students throughout the state of Indiana within her current role Dr. Rahschulte creates and leads strategy toward the development of synergistic partnerships that lead to improved post-secondary readiness outcomes and robust college in high school programming. Through partnership with 445 Indiana high schools and career/technical education centers Dr. Rahschulte and her statewide team cultivate intentional dual credit programming focused on pathways to completion. Together we serve over 66000 high school students annually within both general education programming and career/technical education coursework. Dr. Rahschulte serves as a commission member on the American Association of Community College’s (AACC) Commission for College Readiness and at a state level on the Advisory Board for the Indiana Office of Work-Based Learning and Apprenticeship.
