Nicholas Rharbi

I have over thirteen years of experience in education, ranging from college, middle school, and elementary school capacities. During this time, I have managed and ran successful summer school programs as well as taught, mentored, and tutored students of all ages. Currently, within my third grade STEM class, I am is piloting an AI- powered behavior management system to reduce high detention and referral rates. My goal is to help students reflect upon their actions, and align consequences with Navigator school's behavior matrix, while fostering a social emotional experience that includes accountability and personal growth for my students.
