Natalie Jones

Natalie Jones MSN RN NPD-BC Executive Director of Workforce Development is an innovative results-driven nurse executive with a proven track record of building relationships leading key initiatives from concept to completion and leading academic and professional development strategic programs. Over the past 20 years she has served as a frontline manager and system nurse executive while leading efforts to address workforce shortages using innovation. Most recently Natalie has created a career pathway model for nursing support roles aiding in alleviating the workforce burden within nursing. This program allows non clinical team members both internally and from the community to receive competency-based on the job training as they transition into healthcare. As a graduate of South Carolina State and Loyola Universities she is a May 2022 Nursing Practice Doctoral Candidate at Georgia State University. Natalie is a wife and mother of 3 children ages 17 13 and 11.
