Naomi Weber

Naomi Weber is a Vice President in the Bain Academy a team within Bain and Company that provides customized learning experiences combining deep domain knowledge with real-world perspectives. Naomi advises clients on learning strategy and designs and delivers executive development programs across a range of topics and formats. She combines years of strategy consulting experience with deep expertise in customer strategy and organizational agility and has also served as a frequent trainer in Bain’s global training programs. Naomi began her career as a 2nd grade teacher in the public school system and now has three children in US public schools.
