Mike Leavitt

In 1997, Michael Leavitt, along with Colorado Governor Roy Romer and Wyoming Governor Jim Geringer, led a bipartisan group of 19 U.S. governors in the founding of Western Governors University. Leavitt served three terms as Governor of Utah (1993-2003) and has also served in President George W. Bush’s administration as Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency and Secretary of Health and Human Services. Leavitt is the founder and Chair of the Board of Managers of Leavitt Partners.
