Max McCabe

Max is Chief Operating Officer at the Education Outcomes Fund (EOF) – a UN hosted fund dedicated to improving education and employment outcomes for 10m children and youth globally. EOF operates at the cutting edge of development finance, supporting governments to utilize a range of innovative finance instruments at scale. EOF programs are a new form of partnership which bring together governments, donors, implementing partners and impact investors.Alongside his role at EOF, Max is working with a coalition of leaders from education, climate, politics and business to develop a movement at the nexus of Education and Climate. This work will harness education's power for climate action and ensure that we tackle the two most important challenges for humanity in unison.Max studied at University College London and Queen Mary, University of London. He is a Fellow at the World Innovation Summit for Education.
