Mariah Schroeder is the Vice President of Impact & Innovation at KIPP Chicago. In this role, Mariah supports the launch of KIPP Detroit; engages in regional strategic planning efforts; and drives innovation and cross-collaboration across the region. Before joining KIPP Chicago, Mariah spent 7+ years at the KIPP Foundation -- most recently in the role of Director of Strategic Projects. In 2019, Mariah led the process to co-create KIPP’s vision and mission, ensuring the process and product centered the voices, hopes, and dreams of KIPP students, alumni, and families. Prior to KIPP, Mariah worked in operations at a national cruise organization and at a think tank on Capitol Hill.
