Latha Ramanan

Latha Ramanan is the Chief Product Officer of Merlyn Mind, where she is responsible for Product, Product Ops and Teacher community. Before joining Merlyn Mind, Latha was Head of Product, Alexa for computing segment at Amazon bringing Alexa to millions of PCs. At Amazon, Latha also led Echo Spot from concept to launch and was responsible for driving Core user experiences for Echo Show, the first Alexa display device with multimodal interactions. Having built AI assistants at Amazon for consumers, Latha joined Merlyn Mind to bring innovative AI products that are purpose-built for educators and continues to use her Amazon's working backwards experience and customer obsession principle. In her early career, Latha worked at Intel on cutting edge products in various capacity ranging from Product Strategy, Product Marketing and Partnerships. Latha has a Master's in Computer Science degree from ASU and MBA from Duke University
