She started her career as a business analyst at McKinsey, where she completed assignments that build capabilities, from designing professional development programs to executing large-scale transformation initiatives. After two years at McKinsey, she transitioned to Generation, an education-to-employment NGO that recruits, trains and places job seekers into meaningful careers. As a Data & Impact Analyst, she has worked to build a strong data culture in the 12 countries where Generation operates, enabling data-driven strategic and operational decisions. She completed a summer internship with GSV ventures in 2021, researching the African EdTech landscape. Kenza is currently a joint degree student at Harvard Business School and Harvard Kennedy School (MBA/MPA). She holds a B.A. in Economics and Mathematics from Yale University, and is a proud graduate of African Leadership Academy.
