Jeana Jorgensen is the Corporate Vice President of Worldwide Learning at Microsoft. In this role, Jeana is dedicated to inspiring every person and organization on the planet to learn more (driving 100M learners in 2025), helping Microsoft become the workplace skilling engine for the industry, and igniting the next generation of Microsoft technologists and enthusiasts. Before joining Microsoft, Jeana worked at Google from 2020 to 2023, where she played a pivotal role in driving awareness of Google Cloud, focusing on landing their AI and developer strategy. Prior to that, Jeana held various roles at Microsoft from 2001 to 2020, where she originated and scaled company-wide initiatives such as the ISV Co-Sell Program, Microsoft Go-To-Market Services, and Marketplace Rewards. Jeana holds an MBA from the University of Washington and a BA from the University of California at Santa Barbara. She is also the Executive Director of The Pepper Foundation and serves as a board member for Women in Cloud.
