Duwain Pinder is Associate Partner in McKinsey’s New Jersey office and a core leader in McKinsey’s Education Practice, having served 25+ universities on topics of strategic planning, operational improvement. He is also a core leader in McKinsey’s newly formed Institute for Black Economic Mobility, that focuses on research and client service with a focus on racial equity across the public, private, and social sectors. He is the co-author the recent McKinsey reports entitled “COVID-19: Investing in black lives and livelihoods”, “The economic impact of closing the racial wealth gap”, and “The future of work in black America”
