David Garza

David Garza is President of Tecnológico de Monterrey (Tec) the largest private nonprofit university system in Latin America. He has held leadership positions at Tec for 35 years including Provost and Dean of Engineering heading key education innovation initiatives. He holds a PhD in Computer Science from Colorado State University
