Christina Ritter

Ritter has 28 years of experience in education with a specialized background in systems thinking, leadership development, instructional design, professional development, and working with diverse student populations. She has held a number of roles as an educator that range from a secondary classroom teacher to assistant superintendent of schools. In her most recent role as Chief Academic Officer, Christina led and oversaw strategic initiatives for the following departments: Department of Academics, Department of Specialized Instruction, Department of Innovation and the Department of Student Programs. Currently, she is a doctoral student at Texas Tech University. Ritter has an M.Ed., B.S. Biology and Chemistry. Outside of work she enjoys reading, biking, and time with family.
