Allison Horn

As Accenture’s Global Head of Talent, Allison leads teams around the world that drive recruiting and onboarding of 100,00+ new joiners per year and provide best in class learning and development experiences for Accenture's 550,000+ people.  She oversees an annual training budget of $1B+ USD and is responsible for the continuous evolution of Accenture’s performance culture model.  

She began her professional career at the University of Arizona where her graduate studies in Adult Learning created a path into Accenture’s (then Andersen Consulting) Talent Development consulting practice.  She moved into Accenture’s Global HR organization in 2005 and has since served in several roles across HR as Accenture has quadrupled its headcount and grown to a $50B business.

As the daughter of two public school teachers, Allison holds strong beliefs on the importance of equitable access to education and is herself a lifelong learner.  She is a student of behavioral science and is deeply motivated by Accenture’s purpose to deliver on the promise of technology and human ingenuity.  She embraces the power of change to create long-lasting value in every direction for Accenture’s clients, people and communities.
