Carol Fishman Cohen, builder of corporate career re-entry programs and leader of the iRelaunch #returntowork community (now over 80,000 strong) is a pioneer in the career re-entry space. Her viral TED talk "How to get back to work after a career break," has over 3 million views. She hosts the popular 3,2,1 iRelaunch podcast and wrote the seminal Harvard Business Review article "The 40-Year-Old Intern." Cohen is featured regularly in the major news media and has addressed over 500 audiences on career reentry topics. iRelaunch works with over 100 global companies on return to work programs of all kinds, through which thousands of "relaunchers" have resumed careers. iRelaunch co-leads the STEM Reentry Task Force with the Society of Women Engineers through which 22 corporate return to work programs have launched to date, involving nearly 600 relaunchers and hiring over 80% of them. Cohen returned to work at Bain Capital after an 11 year career break before co-founding iRelaunch.
