Workforce development in the digital age - University-based perspectives in the U.S. and worldwide

Universities need to evolve the way that learning offerings and experiences are designed to meet learner, workforce, organizations and community needs, both in the U.S. and around the world. The traditional continuing or executive education approach, limited to traditional academic content and delivery modes, is no longer sufficient to meet those needs. So new programs, models and learning experiences need to be developed by higher education institutions on a domestic and global basis to meet learners, organizations and societal needs.Join Marco Serrato, Todd Sandrin and Raghu Santanam from Arizona State University, Monica Sacristan from ITAM, and Juan Arenas from Universidad Tecmilenio in Mexico, as they discuss the role of university-based workforce development to create effective and impactful training initiatives that are accessible, tech-enabled, outcomes-driven, and evidence-based.
