KKR’s acquisition and merger of EMSI Burning Glass, along with Pearson’s acquisition of Faethm signals the importance of workforce analytics tools to facilitate these conversations. But the key to success is not just to access tools. Rather, it is to understand how to use the data to drive cultural change and incentives from state legislators, agencies, and front-line decision makers.
