Generative AI to Enable Personalization: How the ETS AI Labs are Enabling the Future of Assessment

The ETS AI Labs bring advanced technology together with the science of how we know people learn most effectively and deliver those experiences in a way that is efficient, flexible, and delivers actionable insights to the users we serve. In this session we will share the various ways that the Labs' use of generative AI - both large and finetuned language models- is enhancing ETS' assessment capabilities. The value delivered from those models, however, comes from reconciling generative AI with the learning sciences and delightful UX. We will share who we marry those capabilities and then measure whether they are impactful.
