ETS Strategic Capital was established in 2020 as the Corporate Development unit of Educational Testing Services, to pursue equity investments, strategic growth partnerships and mergers/acquisitions with innovative companies of strategic value globally. Thus far, ETS Strategic Capital has executed on 15 transactions; comprising minority equity investments as well as M&A control-oriented transactions.
