Doing the work: Interrogating How Access to Education Influences Workforce Outcomes

Since 2020, we’ve seen growing support and controversy around what some might call the ‘racial reckoning’. Three years later, school communities are still working to fully understand how racism manifests in schools, what needs to be done to undo racism, and how to combat anti-CRT waves crossing the country. Two sessions will run at once during this breakout time; for entrepreneurs and for K-12 professionals. Breakout leaders will focus on key themes that school communities and surrounding entrepreneurial ecosystems can reflect upon to engage K-12, Higher Education, and the Workforce in supporting greater access to lifelong learning and more equitable outcomes for all students and future workers.
