What Makes a "GOOD" School? - Rethinking Outcome Measures in K-12 Education

The Utah State Board of Education is building a statewide infrastructure to expand school measures beyond the traditional graduation rate and accountability test scores. In alignment with our Utah Portrait of a Graduate (https://www.schools.utah.gov/portraitgraduate) the state is creating a system to move toward the use of experiential data sets to compliment the operational data sets that have traditionally defined school measures.
