The World of Work Initiative

Guided by a school district vision to develop happy kids, in healthy relationships on a path to gainful employment, the Cajon Valley Union School District board advanced a strategic initiative to integrate a career development framework, across the school ecosystem, for every child in every grade starting in kindergarten. This initiative, led by teachers, and integrated in classrooms, is an effort to prepare every child for the future world of work.
