ASU+GSV 2021 Health & Safety Guidelines

It is our priority to ensure all those attending ASU+GSV 2021 in-person this August feel safe and comfortable to do so. 

As COVID-19 restrictions change, this document will be updated. We will also proactively communicate with you to advise you of all changes.

If you are planning to attend ASU+GSV 2021 in person, you must accept our terms and conditions and follow these health & safety protocols:

  • Provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination (at least 14 days prior to August 9th) OR proof of negative COVID PCR test no more than 72 hours prior to arrival. There will be no exceptions. Attendees will receive information on how to report their vaccination status or COVID-19 test results status closer to the date of the summit. 
  • Wear a mask indoors at all times except when eating or drinking. 
  • Complete a health screening questionnaire prior to entry. Please note:  if you have any flu-like symptoms within the last 2 weeks prior to the summit (fever and a cough, sore throat, runny or stuffy nose) or symptoms related to COVID-19 within the last 2 weeks you will not be able to attend.
  • You must follow all current CDC guidelines for travel, whether you’re flying international or domestic. You are encouraged to get tested for COVID-19 24 - 48hours but no more than 72 hours prior to entering ASU+GSV Summit 2021.
