Kimberley Gregorie

Kimberley Gregorie is an accomplished business executive and inspirational people leader who attributes success to the unwavering belief that people are the greatest asset of any organization. Her passion is in guiding global companies to forge people organizations that are diverse, future-focused, and reflective of the communities they serve, thereby enhancing both societal impact and bottom-line results.Kim began a 20+ year career at J.P. Morgan Chase in branch banking, utilizing a customer-first strategy and being recognized for her transformative leadership. Most recently, she was the Head of Talent Development for JPMC globally. Kim created this role to seize the opportunity to build Talent Development strategies and programs to deliver consistent, unified, and easy-to-navigate employee career experiences for 250K+ global employees across all functions, business lines, and geographies. She currently serves on the advisory board for Guild and Outset Career Prep. Kim holds a BA in Political Science from the University of the Pacific as well as an MBA from the Tulane University A.B. Freeman School of Business. She was selected for Leadership Dallas and has served on several community boards that positively impact children’s lives and education including Community Partners of Dallas, the YWCA and as a corporate fundraising chair for The United Way.
